Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of each browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit (so-called persistent cookies). You can see the duration of the storage in the overview in the cookie settings of your web browser. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the cookie settings and that you decide individually whether to accept them or turn off the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings.
Use of Google Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses the aforementioned cookies. As a general rule, the data collected by the cookies about your use of the website will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. If IP anonymization is enabled on this website, Google will first truncate your IP address in the area of the Member States of the European Union or other countries under the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will a full IP address be transmitted to Google's servers in the United States and then truncated. Google will use these data on behalf of the website operators for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage.
- The IP address provided by your browser for the Google Analytics scope will not be associated with other data stored by Google.
- You can disable the use of cookies by adjusting the appropriate settings in your browser, but keep in mind that this may prevent you from using all the features of this Website.
- This Website uses Google Analytics with the "anonymizeIp ()" add-on. This means that IP addresses will only be processed in truncated form, ensuring that the user cannot be identified. If the information collected about you corresponds to personal information, it will be immediately excluded and the personal information will be deleted immediately.
- We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our Website and to improve it regularly. The statistics obtained from this allow us to improve and develop our Website so that it is more interesting for you as a user. Use of Google Adwords Conversion6
Using Google Adwords Conversion6. We use Google Adwords to be able to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (Google Adwords) on external websites. Using the information from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We do this to show you relevant offers for you, to design our Website to be more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
These advertising materials are sent through Google using so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use cookies on the ad server, through which the specified parameters for measuring performance can be measured, such as the insertion of ads or user clicks. Provided that you access our Website through Google advertising, Google Adwords will retain a cookie on your computer. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used to collect your personal information. Along with this cookie, the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions available (frequency), the last impression (relevant to post-view conversions), and the opt-out information (labeling that the user no longer wishes to be associated) are usually retained as values of the analysis.
These cookies allow Google to recognize your internet browser. As long as a user is visiting certain pages of an Adwords customer’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer may see that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Adwords customer will be provided with a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked through Adwords customer websites. We do not collect or process any personal information for ourselves as part of these advertising activities. We only receive statistical analysis provided by Google. With the help of these analyses we can determine which of the advertising activities used are particularly effective. We do not receive additional information resulting from the use of advertising materials and in particular we cannot identify the user with these information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically creates a direct connection to Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the information collected by Google through the use of this tool, and we further inform you of our knowledge in this matter: the integration of AdWords Conversion allows Google to obtain the information that you have gained access to the relevant part of our website or you have clicked on one of our ads. As long as you are signed up to a Google service, Google may schedule a visit to your account. Even if you are not signed up to Google or logged in, it is possible that the provider understands and keeps your IP address.
You can prevent your participation in this tracking process in a variety of ways:
- by using the appropriate settings of the browser software, in particular the suppression of third-party cookies ensures that you do not receive ads from third parties;
- by disabling conversion tracking cookies by changing your browser settings so that cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com are blocked, https://www.google.com/settings/ads, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies;
- by disabling ads based on the interests of providers participating in the self-managed "For Ads" campaign by using the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies;
- by permanently disabling Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome in your browsers by using the following link: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=en&ref_topic=7048998. We are obliged to inform you that this may prevent you from using all the functionalities of this Website.
The legal basis for the processing of your information is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter "f" of the GDPR. More information about Google's data protection can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and https://services.google.com/sitestats/en.html. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at https://www.networkadvertising.org/. Google adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Remarketing. Along with Adwords Conversion, we use Google remarketing. This is a process with which we want to contact you again. Through this application, after using our Website, our ads can be added to your further use of the Internet. This is done through cookies stored in your browser, which allow Google to collect and analyze information about user behavior when visiting various websites. This way, Google can identify your previous visits to our Website. Google states that all information collected during remarketing are not linked to your personal information, which may be retained by Google. In particular, Google states that pseudonymization is used during remarketing.
Google reCAPTCHA. To prevent abuse of our web forms and against spam by automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects information (IP address, time of visit, browser information and information about the use of our Website) and uses the so-called JavaScript, and the cookies analyze the use of our Website. In addition, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated. There is no reading or saving of personal information from the fields of the respective form.
Using Facebook Pixel
We use Facebook Pixel as part of the technologies of Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), as shown below. With Facebook Pixel, information (such as IP address, time of visit, information about the device and the browser, as well as information about the use of our Website based on events specified by us, such as website visit or newsletter registration) are collected and stored automatically. From these information, by using a pseudonym, Facebook creates user profiles. For this purpose, the cookie is automatically set by the Facebook pixel when you visit our Website, which automatically allows your browser to be recognized when you visit other websites with the pseudonym CookieID. Facebook will combine these information with other data from your Facebook account and use them to report on the website's activities and to provide other services related to its activities, in particular personalized and group advertising. We have no influence on the processing of information by Facebook and receive only statistics based on Facebook Pixel.
The information that are automatically collected by Facebook's technology on the use of our Website are typically transferred to a server operated by Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, and stored there. There is no decision on adequacy of the European Commission regarding the United States. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between jointly responsible persons in accordance with Article 26 of the GDPR. You can find more information about Facebook’s data processing in Facebook’s data protection information. (link) https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
Facebook Ads. We use Facebook Ads to advertise this website on Facebook and other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign; Facebook is responsible for the correct implementation, in particular the decision to place ads with individual users.
Based on the statistics of the activities of the visitors of our Website, created through Facebook Pixel, we manage group advertising on Facebook through Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target group.
Based on a cookie's pseudonymous identification number set by Facebook Pixel and the data collected about your behavior when using our Website, we work with personalized advertising through Facebook Pixel Remarketing.
Through Facebook Pixel Conversions, we measure your subsequent behavior for use in web analytics and event tracking if you have reached our Website through Facebook Ads advertising.
Using social plugins. The so-called social plugins ("plugins") are used by the social networks on our Website. To increase the protection of your information when you visit our Website, plugins are integrated into the page using the so-called "2-click solution". This integration ensures that when you visit a page on our Website that contains such plugins, no connection is made to the servers of the respective social network. Only when you activate the plugins does your browser establish a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network.
The content of the respective plugin is then transmitted directly to your browser by the associated provider and integrated into the page. By integrating plugins, providers receive information that your browser has accessed the relevant page of our Website, even if you do not have an account with the respective provider or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a server of the respective provider (probably in the USA) and stored there. If you interact with plugins, e.g. click the "Like" or "Share" button, the relevant information is also transmitted directly to the provider's server and stored there. The information is also published on the social network and displayed to your contacts there. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter “f” of the GDPR.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and further processing and use of the information by the provider, as well as the contact option and your associated rights and configuration options to protect your privacy, can be found in the data protection information of the provider:
Email advertising with newsletter registration
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use the information required for this or provided separately by you to send you our regular email newsletter on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter "f" of the GDPR.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or through a link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address, unless you have explicitly consented to the further use of your information or if by law we have the right to continue to use the information, which we will inform you of herein.
The newsletter is sent as part of the processing on our behalf by a service provider to whom we pass on your email address. This service provider is located in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Sending a rating reminder by email. If you have given us your express consent to this, during or after your order in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter "f" of the GDPR, we will use your email address to request from you to send an evaluation of your order through the evaluation system we use. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the contact option described herein or by a link provided in the review request.
Evaluation requests may also be sent by our service providers as part of the processing on our behalf. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described herein.
Own presence on social media
We are also present on social media to introduce ourselves to users there and communicate with them.
By visiting these pages, user data may be processed outside the European Union. In principle, European data protection law does not apply in these jurisdictions. This can make it difficult to enforce your rights. US providers who are certified for Privacy Shield are committed to complying with EU data protection standards.
Data received from social media visitors are usually processed for market research and advertising purposes. Based on the available content, user profiles can be created, which in turn are used for ads on and off social media that are designed to meet the interests of users. This procedure is usually possible through cookies, which are stored on the user's computer.
Data from social media users can be stored in other ways by the provider, especially if these users are signed up and logged in to the social environment.
The processing of users' personal data is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter "f" of the GDPR. As an operator of presence in a social environment, we have a legitimate interest in effectively informing and communicating with users. If the user has given their consent to data processing - e.g. by clicking in a box - the legal basis for the processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter "a" of the GDPR; Article 7 of the GDPR.
You can get additional information about data processing and the possibilities for objection (refusal) from the respective providers, which you will find below.
The most effective way to address requests for information and assert a user’s other rights is to the providers themselves. Only they have access to all user data and can provide the information you need to take action.
